Delete Your LumaV Account
LumaV is designed to be local-first, with optional account, sync, support, referral, scenario sharing, advisor, Plaid connections, and website dashboard features. Account deletion may involve both on-device data and LumaV-controlled cloud records if you enabled those features.
Delete From the iOS App
- Open LumaV on your iPhone.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Account.
- Tap Delete LumaV Account.
- Tap Delete Account and Local Data, then confirm deletion.
This permanently deletes the local LumaV account profile, ledger entries, holdings, FIRE scenarios, referrals, support tickets, settings, local sync metadata, and local session metadata from the app on that device. The app returns to the Create Account screen after deletion.
Website, Firebase, and Cloud Data
If you used optional sync, support, referrals, scenario sharing, Plaid connections, advisor sharing, payments, or the web dashboard, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your LumaV account and request cloud-data deletion. We will delete LumaV-controlled cloud records such as support requests, shared scenarios, referral records, sync envelopes, Plaid connection metadata, advisor records, entitlements, and dashboard metadata where applicable.
If your build uses Firebase authentication, deletion of authentication records may require additional verification or provider-specific account management. If a signed-in website deletion control is enabled in a future release, this page will be updated with that flow. The iOS app deletion flow remains available in-app.
What This Does Not Delete
Deleting LumaV data does not delete records held by Apple, Google, Firebase, Plaid, your email provider, your financial institutions, or third-party market-data providers. If you previously contacted support by email, your email provider may retain copies according to your account settings.
