Account Deletion
iOS users can delete their LumaV account and local app data directly in the app from Settings, Account, Delete LumaV Account. Step-by-step instructions are available at lumavault.ai/delete-account.
If you used optional sync, support, referrals, scenario sharing, Plaid connections, advisor sharing, payments, or the web dashboard, email [email protected] to request deletion of LumaV-controlled cloud records.

Is LumaV financial advice?
No. LumaV provides planning software, calculations, and educational projections. Consult qualified professionals before making financial, tax, legal, or investment decisions.
Can I connect real bank accounts?
Real bank connections are enabled only in builds configured with production credentials, clear refresh limits, and support documentation. Sandbox/development builds remain clearly labeled.
Can I buy a subscription?
LumaV is moving to three packages: Launch at $5.99/month or $59.99/year, Grow at $10.99/month or $109.99/year, and Wealth at $19.99/month or $199.99/year. Users can upgrade at any point once paid plans are enabled.
